1. Do you offer personalized or custom products?

Yes! Most of our products can be customized with a name, message, or design of your choice. Just follow the personalization fields on each product page.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping time (Canada/USA): 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

3. Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders. You can also select faster delivery options at checkout.

4. Can I return or exchange personalized items?

Since custom items are made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. If this happens, contact us within 7 days with a photo.

5. What if I made a mistake in the customization or shipping address?

If you made a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can correct details before production begins. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

7. Can I preview my personalization before ordering?

Some products offer a preview. If not, please double-check your spelling and details. We use exactly what you submit.

Yes! We care about your safety. Our tumblers and drinkware are BPA-free, made with food-safe materials, and designed for daily use.

9. Do you ship to P.O. boxes or remote areas?

Yes, we can ship to most P.O. boxes and rural addresses. However, delivery may take longer in some remote locations.
